On Wednesday, Father's Day, the Center for Child Care "Arsenal" Jumilla welcomed the laughter therapy workshop "From laughter to my father," organized by the Department of Equality as a complementary activity to 19 March.
About a dozen people, including adults and children, participated in the workshop which was taught by the instructor Ana García laughter therapy.
Parents held their children with exercises that laughter became the main thread.
Laughter therapy combines different games with movements, seeking the release of a deep and genuine laughter, which is achieved to surface emotional states such as trust, cooperation, complicity, or spontaneity, providing a relaxed and comfortable personal and group status.
