Last week, Alicia Abellan, First Deputy Mayor of Jumilla, received 28 students / French as they are participating in the student exchange program IES Archbishop Lozano.
From 13 to 20 March, the school will be visiting some of the most representative of Murcia lift enclaves such as among others, the Cave Merganser in Cieza, Murcia Cathedral, the coast of Cartagena, and all outstanding monumental elements of Jumilla, such as the castle, museums, Teatro Vico, and Old Town Square Top.
The student exchange is performed first with the students of Collège AMJ de Senlis, France, and later the Archbishop Lozano IES students visit the French town in April.
Students / participants Spaniards are 3rd ESO, and the French, studied Spanish for two years and they are staying with families of students in 2nd, 3rd and 4th ESO.
While in Jumilla, in addition to attending class with their corresponding, the institute has prepared a gymkhana guidance through the downtown streets of the town, so that in this way we learn in a fun way.
On Thursday 20, after a morning of celebration of the Francophonie, the French students return to France.
