The mayor of Jumilla, Enrique Jiménez, yesterday presided Local Board of Public Safety, which took place in the city of Jumilla, and attended by the Councillor for Public Safety, Marina Garcia, spokesmen for local groups PP, PSOE and IU -V, the Chief of the local police and the Commander of Post Civil Guard Jumilla.
During the meeting, the mayor proposed that both the patrol as USESICO ROCK Guardia Civil, enhance surveillance in fields, rural roads and industrial parks, especially in the fruit season which coincides with Easter, as the Police Local, has to perform many actions of control and security around the Easter activities in the village.
Moreover, the Board took preventive Easter to be held by the two security forces during the next month, and will be conducted jointly, through numerous actions as coordinated control inputs and outputs the town, among others.
The Mayor expressed his appreciation for the "excellent coordination between local police and Civil Guard municipality" and the Chief of the local police, said that the Ordinance in force in Jumilla, "is good reinforcement to gaps that could have Act Public Safety. "
