The Personnel Board of the City of Jumilla, formed by the union representatives of the Central: CSIF, UGT, CCOO and SIME report that given the attitude adopted by the Councillor of Internal Affairs and Personnel, Calabuig Juan D. Martinez, who remains repeatedly refusing to negotiate with the Union Sections of the City Council, we have been forced to summon all the public s @ empead concentrations that will be held every Tuesday in March, at 10.00 in front of City Hall Street Canovas del Castillo.
We want to clarify that these concentrations is not demanding pay rise some, but denounce the already unbearable situation in which we are public employees of the City of Jumilla, where every day we are cutting rights, which is causing widespread unrest among all employees.
Which since April 2013 has not been convened General Trading Desk, expiring on April 7.
Without these laws, negotiated and approved by the Plenary Council, the Public Employ @ s were devoid of working conditions, working hours, etc..
That has not created the Joint Committee attendance monitoring and control system (time clock), which is causing situations arbitrariness by the Department of Personnel.
In addition, Mr. Councilman refuses to provide time control data that have been claimed by the Union Sections.
Mr. Alderman modified without any prior negotiation, working conditions of municipal workers based "Decretazo" or internal communications, again without negotiating with the Union Sections.
Repeatedly that they are in breach of the agreements governing the working conditions of municipal Employ @ s, negotiated and included in the Collective Agreement and the Framework Agreement, both approved by the Plenary Council.
Calabuig Mr. Martinez has stopped responding to the letters presented by Union Sections of the City, maintaining an attitude of contempt for the elected representatives of legal workers, like him, by universal suffrage, in this case among all public employees.
