The mayor of Jumilla, Enrique Jimenez, and Councillor for Social Policy, John Calabuig, formalized this week the collaboration agreement between the city of Jumilla and Brokers company Solvers, so that the families of the municipality with limited resources can attend a mediation process, for free.
According to the Councillor responsible, "mediation is a means of dispute resolution, in which two or more persons voluntarily trying to reach an agreement by themselves through the involvement of a mediator in civil and commercial matters."
Thus, "the City may offer this service for free, only in exchange for the assignment of an office, which will be located on the ground floor of the Center for Social Services".
Mediations take place in time to the public from Social Services Centre, and it can access the most disadvantaged families in the municipality at no cost.
SOLVERS is a sole proprietorship specializing in free intervene in mediation processes.
Mediators are volunteers provide the service employees who have been trained through the UCAM Solvers, AJE de Cartagena, Cartagena University Foundation and IBSEN attached to the University of Murcia center.
These mediators will be rotated, selecting in each case the most suitable / a for performing the process.
