According to the mayor, "the report concluded that the situation is very worrying, with cracks over 12 inches, which can cause the imminent collapse in the northern part of the building, so that the City has commissioned the project to extend scaffolding of protection to ensure the safety of persons and vehicles adjacent properties. ".
Moreover, the Mayor explained that the "Casa Amarilla" is a well cataloged, so the Local Authority has no power to act on it, and the court shall, if the owners do not speak out, who dictates who must take charge of rehabilitation, if they or the region.
"The City Council has responsibility for security only, and in that sense we are working on putting the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the neighbors," the mayor ended.
