The commission will be chaired by Antonio Valero, Councilman Celebration, the City of Jumilla and Francisco Javier Vázquez, President of the Federation of Peñas Harvest Festival, as well as representatives of the rocks, Las Pirusas, The Ribazo, Caco Old , The Drunk, The Chariot, Strains, Uva and Granilletes, The Mantecao, The Albal, Sons of the strains and The Snakes, and Emiliano Hernandez as president of the Institute of Culture and Jumilla Wine connoisseur of the party.
This committee is responsible for collecting all the data for the preparation of the record of award of degree requested by the Ministry of Tourism, among which are notably old party, the taking of the town, originality and diversity , hotel capacity, routes of communication and promotion of the party.
