Within this year cycle 'Kids: Grape, wine', the Institute of Jumilla Wine Culture convened a drawing competition among all 3rd Primary school participants.
In these drawings the students had to capture that was what he liked the visit to the winery and vineyard.
In total there were about 200 jobs.
Of these, the winners are Anne Thomas Matthew's College of Our Lady of the Assumption who has achieved the first prize of $ 50 in school supplies to be donated by the CRDOP Jumilla.
Alba Garcia, Mariano Suárez CIP has won the second prize of 30 euros in school supplies and donated by Bodegas Viña Elena and the third prize went to Maria Jose Bernal, Prince Felipe CIP endowed with EUR 20 and donated school supplies by the ICV.
Also in this contest will be awarded a special prize endowed with 80 Euros, donated by Bodegas Hijos de Juan Gil, for Aspajunide center whose students also participated in this activity.
The awards ceremony will be on Thursday November 14 at the Roque Baños Centre, Room Los Gavilanes at eight o'clock.
Remember that "Children: From grapes, wine" is an activity with which hundreds of students from schools in Jumilla visited wineries in full harvest learning the winemaking process.
The wineries that collaborated were Bodegas Luzon, Viña Ringer, BSI, Hijos de Juan Gil and Viña Elena.
Schools that participated were CIP San Francisco, Our Lady of the Assumption, Carmen Conde, Prince Felipe, Miguel Hernández, Mariano Suárez and Special Education Center Aspajunide.
From the ICV invites students, teachers and school leaders, parents, representatives of wineries and the general public to attend the awards ceremony.
