The senator for the Region of Murcia, María José Nicolás, met yesterday after the Local Government Board, with part of the government team taking advantage of the visit he made to the municipality for various reasons.
At the meeting, the senator took the opportunity to share with the council assembled some of the policies on which they are working in the lower chamber and affecting the Region of Murcia, and exchange views with the latest initiatives that the municipal government is running in the locality.
The senator, who has just returned from China where he participated in the Expo Cultural Lanzhou, shared with the local executive experience in the Asian country in which it sold the tourist attractions of the Region, which includes Jumilla.
After the talk, Senator visited among other enclaves of the municipality, the Espacio Cultural del Castillo accompanied by the Councillor for Culture, Maria Dolores Fernandez.
He also met with the President of the Association of Widows of Jumilla, Paquita Jimenez Diaz, he dealt with some issues on future visits to the association.
