The Local Government yesterday approved the foundation of Hypnos Awards 2013, that the City will deliver this year, in order to distinguish those persons, associations or companies whose work WORK FOR positively in the social fabric Jumillano.

Among the nine categories this time the work is recognized sports, cultural, educational, social, and business development, the defense of human values, cooperation with the municipality and the figure of Jumilla ambassador.

Also this year as new feature is the Equality Award 2013, recognizing all and all those whose labor is in favor of equal opportunities, regardless of whether it is male or female.

The jury will be composed of the Secretary of the Corporation and the Mayor of Jumilla, but if both voice vote, and a number of members not less than four.

As in previous editions, any Jumillano or jumillana can submit your nomination to the various categories, and to do so must submit, in a sealed envelope indicating "Hypnos Awards 2013" for mayor, the name of the person or institution proposal.

The envelope also must provide the identification of the person or entity proposing, stating name and ID, or collective CIF or entity, if any, and a summary of the merits of the proposed.

The period will close on October 31, and will be in the month of December when the winners are known at a gala hosted by the Teatro Vico.

As brought forward last week the mayor of Jumilla, Enrique Jimenez, the government team has expressed interest in resuming this issue to "understand that we must distinguish those who stand out for their actions for the benefit of Jumilla, and therefore to retrieve these awards in this 2013 ".

Pos Meanwhile, Alicia Abellán, team spokesman Councillor for Equality government and highlighted the importance of distinguishing addition to all that with their daily efforts facilitate the development of true equality of opportunity between men and women, hence this year novelty recovers as the Equality Award.
