On Saturday, brought together over eighty women in the Botanical Garden of La Estacada, thus putting the finishing touch to Good Environmental Practices course at home.
The workshop held in seven venues of Associations of local women, belongs to the project ECOMUJER 2013, EU-funded and managed by the Association of Northeast regional development, it belongs to the city of Jumilla.
The workshops have been developed a total of seven and participated in it, the Jumilla Widows Association, the Association of Rural Women in The Encebras, Association for the Integral Development of Women in Rural, Water and Earth, Association of Rural Women in Torre del Rico and Canada del Trigo.
Meanwhile Rural Women Associations of Fuente del Pino and The AlquerÃa participated in another workshop "own and home care."
The workshops have been developed during the months of May and June and had as the closing event, the celebration of a day, last Saturday, in which they visited the Hall of Nature the Guarafía, a workshop with aromatic plants and medicinal and enjoyed an evening Dinner with a menu tasting ecological and natural, in the Botanical Gardens.
After dinner the company "Besame Mucho Teatro", gave a performance in the same garden.
Meanwhile Associations Fuente del Pino and AlquerÃa, closed the workshop with a visit last June 18 to a paper recycling plant and artisanal cannery municipalities of Ceuta, Lorquí and Alguazas.
The Councillor for Equality, Alicia Abellán, wanted to reach both the Organising Association, as he has taught the workshop, their appreciation for the success of the same, and said, that like on Saturday, everything went according schedule, the workshop was very pleased to women who have participated have been about a hundred local women.
