As reported by the Councillor for Sports, Juan Manuel Abellán, starting today, June 6, until next Thursday, June 13, pre-registration may be submitted for different courses and swimming shifts organized by this Department, for the summer.
Applications may be picked up at the schools themselves, in the Sports Pavilion Carlos Garcia and downloaded at www.jumilla.org, which shall be deposited correctly filled instances, and where they will be assigned the number of the drawing to be held on last day of term, June 13, at 13 am.
As reported by the Councillor, swimming lessons will be taught in three shifts, the first from June 24 to July 8, the second from 9 to July 23 and the third from July 24 to August 7.
During each of the three shifts, different courses will be taught in eleven sessions, fifty minutes each, Monday to Friday Improvement courses, Advanced Initiation, Initiation Basic and splash.
Splash The course is aimed at children aged 5 to 6 years, who are not familiar with the aquatic environment (stick your head in the water, holding your breath, jump into the water normally play, etc..).
The Basic Initiation is for familiar children, and also for those aged 6 and 7 years who are not familiar with the aquatic environment or have not attended any Swim Workshop.
Initiation (I) is for children who swim at least a width of the middle pool (25 X 12.50 meters), without standing, basic breathing in any style, and float unassisted.
The Perfecting, aimed at children who swim two widths of the Olympic Swimming Pool (50 X 25 meters), with acceptable respiratory rate, no breaks, necessitating improve breathing and various specific movements of the different styles of swimming.
In addition, Special Adults teach a course that will have different levels like Basic Initiation, Initiation and Improvement, from age 14.
