The Department of Employment, through the Local Development Agency, reported the next training activity organized by the Institute for Development of the Region of Murcia.
This Workshop Is my company ready to export?, Diagnosis of export capacity and market selection of opportunity, which will take place on Tuesday, March 12, in Murcia, in time from 16.30 to 19.30 hours .
The aim of the workshop is to help attendees know their potential for internationalization, and identify the competitive advantage on which to base its international strategy and how to select their markets.
Topics to be addressed include those related to the identification of the keys to success in the internationalization of an SME, or the elements that differentiate the company and that may be why differentiator.
Likewise, try to offer a diagnosis of the external potential of the company, knowing the strengths on which to base strategy or what are the best markets for the product or service, or the approach to information sources, market research and social networks.
