City of Jumilla reports the application period for the appropriate permissions for the installation of outdoor bars Saturday night during Carnival to be held on February 9 in the Avenida del Levante.
Applications may be submitted to the City Clerk of the City General until 1 February.
The City reports that establishments who wish to municipal entities must submit the application document, also forwarded to the Department of Celebration and to the Department of Police and Public Safety.
All bars will be installed free sidewalks and leaving a space for access to the local equivalent to double door access.
In case of existing gateways to houses near the bars should be applied for a minimum distance between them and the access doors at least three times the length of the corresponding sidewalk.
In any case, the installation of the bars whose location is close to the entrance to housing will ensure free access thereto.
Bars and auxiliary elements are mounted so that the materials in contact with the ground, pavement, plant or furniture general public is not affected or damaged, so that offenders shall take appropriate measures such as insulating elements bring between parties metal and pavement.

• Copy of Certificate of Registration in the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE) updated.
• Copy of last bill paid to Social Security.
• Photocopy of liability insurance and public liability and receipt to be in force at the time of the party that is being installed.
