The Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, this morning the Jumilla Gastronomic VII to be held on weekends from 3 to 18 November, and said "associate wine, culture and cuisine, which conforms an integrating element ".

The conference will take place from 3 to 18 November and will offer traditional and contemporary cuisine Jumillano and local wines in the 10 restaurants associated with the Wine Route, plus guided tours to wineries in Jumilla.
There will also be the 'Route Puchero' or '+ Wine Skewer', where you can enjoy traditional cuisine Jumillano spoon with a presentation in the form of cover in all restaurants in the wine country.
Thus, visitors can enjoy dishes like gazpacho jumillano, rabbit rice, or potatoes in broth michirones, among others.
In addition, the 11 wineries associated with the Wine Route have paired their wines with dishes, pots and skewers offered and the 11th European Day of Ecotourism, will conduct an open house with free tours.
