As reported Councilman Internal Affairs and Personnel, Juan Calabuig, the seminar, two days, has addressed issues related to workforce management, jobs, payments under the Civil Service Basic Statute, the method for development of jobs and implementing performance appraisal systems in public administration.
The speakers at this seminar were Miguel Angel Garcia and Luis del Rio, business consultants responsible for Public Management Consultants, a company awarded the contract for the development of the List of jobs in our area, as reported Calabuig.
This seminar has invited political leaders, spokespersons, responsible for Human Resources and Personnel, and has also been open to all Heads of Service and Bureau of City Council to make them aware of what is in the Basic Statute of Employees public, and other relevant issues related to jobs.
According Calabuig said, this seminar was very dense, which have been addressed diversity issues, and has been open to attendees interventions to solve problems that arise in practice.
In addition, this course attendees will receive an accreditation by Technical Training in Human Resources.
Calabuig has reminded once again that the ratio of jobs is a necessary tool, which lacked the City Council, claimed by the workers themselves and ensuring a fair and objective human resource distribution in the local entity.
