The Guardia Civil Murcia has developed an investigation into the burglary of a business in Jumilla, which has culminated in the arrest of a person on suspicion of the crime investigated.
In this investigation the agents have managed to recover some of the stolen effects, a forklift, that after being brought to justice has been returned to its rightful owner.
The Guardia Civil, having knowledge of the commission of a burglary in a carpentry company Jumilla, began an investigation in order to know the acting illegally, arrest those responsible and recover the stolen effects.
From the preliminary investigations carried out, the officers found as the perpetrators of the robbery, during the night to avoid detection, used force to get inside the building and remove equipment and tools used in the tasks associated with the company.
This research allowed the Guardia Civil locate the stolen effects of a property sale and purchase of machinery and tools, also achieving the identity of the person who was behind the theft investigation.
After obtaining all necessary evidence, such as the location of the suspect and his alleged connection with the theft, he proceeded to his arrest and subsequent remand in custody on suspicion of felony burglary, also recovering stolen forklift.

This action has proceeded to arrest a person on suspicion of a crime of burglary, identified as:
- Spanish, 38 years and resident of Jumilla
The suspect has a history of committing criminal offenses.
Effects recovered:
He has recovered the stolen truck in the company, which after being brought to justice has been returned to its rightful owner.
The suspect, recovered and proceedings initiated effects have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Jumilla (Murcia).
