For the first time, there will be Children's Day on October 28 with a great children's party at the Plaza of the distillery.
Eduardo Gea, President of the Association of Artisans, next to Alderman and Citizenship Craft, Antonio Valero, presented the activities scheduled for October and November at Artisan House.
Among the exhibitions can be visited is one of esparto work entitled "A life dedicated to esparto", which will run from 2 to 11 November, by Jesus Alonso.
The opening will be on Friday 2, at 20 am and another entitled "handicrafts", which includes macramé work, tapestry needle gachillo and crazy, which will run from 19 to 25 November, by Valentina Carrión.
The opening of the latter, will be Monday 19, at 20 am.
Both may visit from 17:30 to 20 hours at Artisan House.
Back in November, there will be a meeting that will feature a craft market, and the II Painting Contest "Ciudad de Jumilla" outdoors, from the Teatro Vico to Avenida de la Asunción, 11 to 18 hours.
Registrations can be made at the Office of Citizenship.
Among the scheduled workshops, "Macrame" by Valentina Carrión, Wednesday 17, 24 and 31 October and 7.14, 21 and November 28, and "Make knit clothing" by Mari Moreno, Thursday 18, 25 and 30 October and 8, 15 and 22 November.
For younger children, the children's workshop "Small craft" by Matthew Paqui Saturdays 3, 10, 17 and 24 November.
Participation Councilman recalled that on Friday at 11, is being held for the second year running, the act Homage to the Flag and the Civil Guard on Paseo Poeta Lorenzo Guardiola.
As reported by Antonio Valero, the Department of Celebration organized for the first time, the Children's Day celebration on October 28 at the Plaza de la Alcoholera from six in the evening, with a great children's party clowns by Pin Pon, who have volunteered to do this activity for free, and will feature performances of characters like SpongeBob, Mickey and Minnie.
There will also be various workshops and competitions for children.
