The Department of Social Services City of Jumilla, in the Municipal Plan 2012 drug prevention, has begun to provide this October during the various workshops, as announced last June, in almost all of the different schools in our area:
The workshops are already underway in some schools are:
WORKSHOP "THE GARDEN WITH FRIENDS":
Rationale: In the "Huerta with my friends", is a material contributing to the development of children from that tell stories of everyday life situations.
It aims to stimulate psycho-emotional maturation, acquisition of basic health habits and starting a preventive work on drug abuse for schoolchildren between 5 and 10 years.
Physical Location: The workshop will take place in almost all infant schools in the locality.
It also plans to adapt to be taught in the CAI (Centre Child Care).
Target: Children of the municipality of Jumilla who attend third child and their parents / mothers.
Development: The didactic supports the program are:
A story book with 18 stories classified and targeted at different age groups.
A guide for parents / mothers and educators.
Calendar: The workshop will be held during the months of October 2012 during school hours.
WORKSHOP "BUILDING HEALTH":
Rationale: The workshop "Building Health" offers educational community prevention strategy appropriate to the Spanish, not only of drug use in early adolescence, but also of antisocial behavior.
Physical Location: The workshop is scheduled to take place in schools and colleges of the municipality where the curse Compulsory Secondary Education.
Recipients: Students who attend 2 of the ESO.
Development: We will develop a total of three class sessions lasting about an hour each.
Calendar: The workshop will be held during the months of October / November and December 2012 during school hours.

FAMILY SCHOOL:
Rationale: The "School Family" is a training, shared reflection and dialogue for parents / mothers and educators to help us think, to acquire tools to improve communication, conflict resolution or everyday problems that occur in the within families.
Physical Location: It will be held in the Social Services Centre located in C / Albano Martinez n ° 7.
Audience: Aimed at parents / mothers with children / as schoolchildren.
Calendar: The days will be held on Fridays from 10:00 to 12:00.
The duration will be eight sessions.
Beginning on October 26, completion date December 14, 2012.
Registration: There will be in the center of Social Services on Monday October 15.
DRAWING CONTEST:
Titled "For a Healthy Life" will be a competition for Elementary 4th to raise awareness of the importance of acquiring a healthy lifestyle.
