The course is organized by the Centre for Tourism Qualification Welfare Murcia and the Mediterranean Savings.

It will last for 24 hours to perform on Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:00 to 21:00 in Socio Cultural Center Roque Banos.

Places are limited.

It is primarily a training aimed at employed workers and unemployed hospitality industry.

The course objectives are:

· That the professional bar room and acquire the techniques and skills needed to better meet customer needs.

· To train participants in excellent care, enhancing organizational behaviors that aim to satisfy the same.

Sensitization to the students of the importance of tourism within the Region of Murcia.

Contents:

· Customer

· Protocol on room service

· Introduction to Wine Tasting

· Awareness Tour.
