This year, the Directorate General of Domestic Violence Prevention, Youth, and Reform Legal Protection of Children on the occasion of November 25, International Day parala Elimination of Violence against Women, we want to highlight the importance of visible and denature gender violence, especially among young people, so as to know the true extent of this scourge and understand that certain acts are justified on the grounds that "normal" in a couple, can become an abusive relationship.
It is very common to hear that gender violence can affect any woman, by the mere fact of being, regardless of age, social class, race or ideology.
The problem is that young people do not pay due attention to this type of violence to believe that this is a problem that affects the adult couples and that is not a threat in the early stages of their relationship.
Therefore, in order to make visible among young people that gender violence can affect us tod @ s, it is important to understand that behavior like watching the girl's profile on social networks, mobile control, tell you how to dress and who should go, ...., are signs that warn of a possible violent situation more severe in the future.
Therefore, we invite your participation in the Poster Competition against gender violence.
