Among the summer activities that prepared the Department of Crafts and Artisans Association, yesterday celebrated the Night of Gastronomy Crafts, attended by over forty people, who had the opportunity to taste artisanal products from Jumilla, in the unique setting of the Artisan's House.
Councilman Craft, Antonio Valero, the President of the Association of Artisans of Jumilla, Eduardo Gea, and a representative of Casa Canales were in charge of welcoming the attendees and explain what it was this activity, the products were to tasted, their preparation and provenance.
Councilman, explained that since the Department of Craft wanted to convey with this craft activity is not only working the rush, for example, but the craft can also be found in those one hundred percent handmade products of excellent quality, present in the typical gastronomy of our town.
Casa Canales, was in charge of preparing the catering.
His agent, Peter, said the products and dishes they had prepared, as well as their origin.
Among the craft products that are tasted almonds, olives, homemade chips, pies, cakes, tuna, oils, artisan zarangollo garden, cane cheese canapés Montesinos Jumilla native honey-honey Gines, cheese and jam the Silvano Garcia wine, fried cheese with tomato jam.
Also tasted sausages Gilar, and other cheeses, Montesinos also presented in different ways.
The tasting was accompanied by wines from Viña Silvano Garcia and Ringer.
