The Ministry of Finance informed the City of Jumilla, that afternoon, the approval of the Adjustment Plan approved by the Government Team on 29 March.
With the approval of the Adjustment Plan authorizing the local authority to apply for a loan of five million euros to tackle the debt, prior to January 1, 2012, over 400 companies, most of these, autonomous municipality.
The funding special mechanism set up by the Ministry of Finance, is certainly an exceptional measure of economic recovery in this local case, no history to date.
Far from the occurrence of a Plan E government, the Royal Decree 4/2012, is to solve a hard problem of the companies that have debt the city of Jumilla and other public administrations.
To continue the procedure on Monday Extraordinary plenary session was convened in order to arrange the loan, so from May 15 to formalize the transaction with the bank indicated by the ICO, and then in June, suppliers included in the Payment Plan will begin to receive the transfers in the accounts given by them in the documents submitted to the administration.
