The Mayor and City Council of Urban Streets visited St. Augustine and Albano Martinez.
The works of Albano Street Martinez and the street of St. Augustine come to an end and the Mayor, Enrique Jimenez, accompanied by the Councillor for Planning, Ramiro Garcia and Planning Technician John Simon, visited the streets mentioned to make a first assessment of the outcome of the work performed.
The first, Albano Street Martinez was awarded to Asphalt Construction and JR Alarcon SA for nearly 74,000 euros and has been run by the Municipal Technical, D.
Carlos Chico.
The second, the remodeling of St. Augustine Street, was awarded to the company ECISA Compañía General de Construcciones SA, for 118,000 euros and the Technical Department has taken the Head of Technical Services Planning, D.
John Simon.
The start of construction of the street Albano Martinez was postponed until after Christmas, with completion scheduled at this time, and at San Augustine, extended the deadline for the execution of the eviction derivative, which had to be done for dismantling scaffolding of work that was located in the connection of the Assumption Avenue and Calle San Agustin.
From the Department of Works and Urban grateful for the effort they have made the neighbors and merchants, for enduring the hassles that have been generated as a result of their own works and road closures.
Today they are taking the last shots on the street Albano Martinez and, with respect to the Calle de San Agustin, is expected soon, is given to use the underground containers that were incorporated as an upgrade.
These works are funded under the Plan Works and Services 2011.
