With this the Governing Board yesterday agreed to:
1 Âē. - Run the alternative, at the expense of commercial Neomedia Wireless, SL, remedying the deficiencies and defects observed in the installation of telecommunications to improve services Internet access in buildings and public areas of Jumilla, contracted with the company on May 19, 2010, and was ordered by resolution of the Local Government of September 19, 2011.
2 nd. - Seize the final guarantee constituted, accountable for the proper performance of the services covered by the contract, all expenses incurred by the City Council for the delay of the contractor in fulfilling their obligations, and damages caused by the breach.
