The preparation of the Sectoral Guidelines and Plan of Management of Mineral Resources of the Region of Murcia, is justified by the need to develop an adequate legal framework allowing the development of mining activities, while respecting the principles of sustainability, This should help to ensure the supply of present and future demands for mineral resources.
The purpose of this paper is to develop sustainable land uses for the Management and Management of Mineral Resources of the Region of Murcia, compatible with the objectives of other regional planning policies to this end will require consultation and coordination sectoral policies and planning of the various authorities involved.
