Accompanied by President of the Association of Artisans of Jumilla, Eduardo Gea, Councilman Crafts, Antonio Valero, presented the activities scheduled by the Department of Craft, for the month of February and for March, April and May .
The planned program will begin on Thursday with the opening of the exhibition, "Free Look", an exhibition of photography and painting by Laly Martinez and Antonio Martinez to be held at the Artisan's House, from 16 February to 10 March.
On Friday, 17 will take place at 19:00 the opening of the Craft Fair in February in the Garden of King
Peter, which will bring together more than a hundred artisans arrived from various parts of Spain and the town, the show runs until Sunday.
On March 15 at 20:00 will take place at the Artisan's House the opening of the exhibition "Passion for the Drum", where you can see a sample of crafts related to the world of drum, this exhibition is organized in collaboration with the Association of drums of the Blood of Christ Jumilla, and will be open until next April 12.
On Sunday 25 April, coinciding with the opening of Holy Week, scheduled to be held in the Garden of the I Glorieta Easter Crafts, explained the mayor of craft, is to organize a meeting where you can see related articles with Easter, candles, incense, jewelry, embroidery ... etc.., also coinciding with this meeting will be held in collaboration with the Youth Band Association Jumillana Friends of Music, a concert of marches from Easter to the 18:00 in the same garden.
On Thursday 29th, will open an exhibition of complementary Easter, organized by the Association of Artisans of Jumilla, which can be visited at the Artisan's House until April 12.
The Jumillano painter, Diego Martínez Martínez, will present their best works in an exhibition that will open on April 19 at 20:00 pm and will be open until 25 May.
On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 April, the Market will host the Ninth Crafts Festival "Ciudad de Jumilla", the inauguration will take place on Saturday 28 April at 18:00.
Eduardo Gea, president of the Association of Artisans of Jumilla was responsible for introducing new courses and workshops to develop in the Artisan's House of Jumilla and as detailed below.
Eduardo Gea, recalled that persons interested in attending any workshop or course must register at the Office of Citizen Participation, Socio-Cultural Center located at the Roque Baños from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00
Councilman Craft ended the press conference, welcoming the collaboration of the Association of Artisans of Jumilla.
