A man about 50 years old died this morning while cleaning a tank of wine at a winery in Jumilla.

The 1-1-2 received at 9.50 am, the call of his colleagues, who reported that the worker was unconscious in the tank and could not get it.

Firefighters came to the place of the Consortium for Fire Fighting and Rescue Region Jumilla Murcia-based and emergency medical services, both City Council and the Health Service of Murcia.

The medics have been unable to do anything to save the life of the worker.

The incident has been reported to the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health of the Region of Murcia.
