The rapid action of the Civil Guard helped to clarify this serious offense within a few hours
La Guardia Civil de Murcia has developed a research aimed at clarifying an attempted murder that occurred in Jumilla has culminated with the arrest of the alleged perpetrator of this serious crime.
Early yesterday morning, day 07, after an argument between two people of Moroccan origin residing in the same house in Jumilla, one brutally assaulted with a knife to another in the abdomen, causing serious injury for which he had to be treated in a hospital.
The Civil Guard learned of the attack moments after its commission, starting immediately an investigational device and various steps of inquiry, in order to clarify the facts.
The result of the investigation agents were able to positively identify the suspect of this fact, then initiating a search that ended hours later with their location, detention and subsequent remand in custody.
Arrested:
As part of this research has arrested a person presumed crime of attempted murder:
- Moroccan, 29 and resident in Jumilla.
Effects seized:
He was seized the knife allegedly used to commit this crime.
The detainee, the effects seized, and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Jumilla (Murcia).
