The velodrome has followed the construction and design guidelines required by the regulations of the UCI cycling world, is located on a parcel of 17,900 square meters, of which 2,600 are on track.
The track has a string of 333 meters and has a grandstand for 250 spectators and a central space which will enable a sports court.
The facility was opened in the absence of painting, whose works have not been completed yet by the rains of the previous days, said the mayor.
