This event was also attended by the provincial chief of Traffic Francisco Jimenez, and several council members of the corporation.

Jumillano innovative facilities where road safety will be formed
The first building was opened the new Centre for Road Safety at the stake, which will serve for Jumillano of all ages to educate themselves on safe driving in a modern and innovative facilities.
The center covers an area of 21,650 meters square parcel, 1,333 square meters and 295 road circuit built area, in which there will be office, dealer room, multipurpose room, toilets, storage and workshop.

The company has been awarded Saico and implementation of these projects have involved around 40 people.
A new service for elderly care
The Day Centre is situated at Piedra Alta and respond to the daily care needs of dependent elderly in Jumilla, while relieving their families.
The building has a modern and well designed to meet the requirements currently needed by those who occupied it as are several therapy rooms, occupations, spacious dining, entertainment, etc.
Its funding has been made by the State Fund for Employment and Sustainability, 2010 for a total of 400,000 euros.

The center occupies an area of 600 square meters and has two plants, down to the Centre Day itself, consisting of a multipurpose space for activities, sunny and overlooking a landscaped courtyard, which will open in warm weather.

The first floor has two offices and two multipurpose rooms, one equipped with passive exercise equipment and physiotherapy, which also can make exercise classes, tai chi, dance etc.
Another room is a library, newspaper, Internet access for seniors.
For the execution of these works were contracted to 15 unemployed for 214 days plus another 40 workers have spoken of subcontractors and employees.
