The Department of Women's Hall of Jumilla reported issuing a 20 euro coin commemorating the centenary of International Women's Day (1911-2011) according to the order published in the Official Bulletin of Spain (BOE).
In that order states that the occasion of the centennial celebration in 2011 of the International Women's Day, issuing a coin collection of 20 euros with the image of Clara Campoamor (1888-1972), a key figure in the political history of our country, played a key role in the adoption in 1931 of the right of suffrage.
As for the characteristics of parts, will be a 20 euro coin face value, consisting of 925 mil silver, the rest being copper.
Will weigh 18 grams and a diameter of 33 mm.
and have a circular shape with smooth edge.
The obverse of the coin effigies reproduce overlapping SS.

In the order issued by the BOE also shows that the maximum number of pieces to coin will be 2,000,000.
This amount can be increased or decreased depending on market demand and will be determined by a Monitoring Committee.
Finally, it indicates that the starting date of issue will be the first half of 2011.
The euro collector coins, euro coins are not intended for circulation, usually minted in precious metals, with a nominal value and different design to the circulation.
These coins should differ significantly from those circulated in at least two of the following three features: color, weight and diameter.
