Following the adoption in the Local Government Board on January 31, the creation of a Municipal Food Bank, and the need to create a regulatory basis of system operation is proposed by the government team that bases govern the operation of that Food Bank.
As for the requirements to be met by the beneficiaries, these have to be registered in Jumilla at least one year before the application, justifying it with a certificate of registration.
Also must be unemployed all members of the family unit, credited with demand for employment card.
Beneficiaries may not be recipients of benefits or in any case, have only such care benefits, less than 25% of per capita SMI, accredited with certificates issued by SEF or INSS.
Another requirement is to have minor dependent children, credited with the family book, or have older children who do not have their own income and financially dependent on the beneficiary and spouse with no dependent children who lack other aid and have over 55 years.
Also must certify that they are recipients of food or by the Red Cross and Caritas, unless there is dire need also advised municipal aid.
As the deadline for application for participation by potential beneficiaries in that the Food Bank will be 15 calendar from the date of agreement of those bases in the Local Government Board, in a letter addressed to His Excellency standard.

Applications registered by the deadline will be assessed to provide the Food Bank Services based on existing claims.
The bases also collected in the period ended 10 calendar days of filing, will develop the list of recipients and waiting list in case of need, and begin with the Service.
Each household will be perceiving a maximum of 3-4 batches of food and commodities biweekly and simultaneously attend to 50-100 families, establishing an order of access to the Food Bank in terms of check requests and number of dependents of each of the applicants.
Finally, it indicates that the initial economic item which will provide the City Food Bank will be 30,000 euros for the first half of the year, without prejudice to other claims being released later for the same program.
