Jumilla City Council has received a grant of 242,710 euros to hire 15 people unemployed.
Aid is requested at the time the local government concerning an agreement of workers to local public employees, as confirmed by the council of Industry and Employment Jesus Sanchez.
With this grant fifteen workers will be hired for a period of nine months and will be devoted to maintenance of urban and suburban roads and entrances and entrances to the municipality.
Sanchez added that "we intend to start work in mid September and the selection is made between the SEF and the council itself, has requested a number of workers eg employment offices for that selection."
Finally, Councilman Employment has reported that "this grant is 80% of the European Social Fund, the rest is provided by the Employment Service and Training and the City Council in a minimum amount as trademark law."
