For weeks, the intersection of Baron del Solar, and Portillo Fadrique Infante of Milanos already has traffic light regulation.
"This project, implemented with funds from Plan E 2010, was carried out by the need for this regulation by traffic lights because it was an area that generated circulation problems, as reported by the Mayor of Jumilla Francisco Abellán.
Thus, because of numerous traffic management problems in the area, the city conducted a study for the redevelopment of this traffic.
The aim was, therefore, get more traffic dynamic, fluid and above all safe, because in the vicinity of this junction are located Specialities Centre and a school of secondary education.
The work has involved the installation of a traffic light system with a controller box and the system controller, two staves of six meters high street sites Barón del Solar and six columns of two and a half meters in adjacent streets, all with the appropriate civil and electrical work necessary for proper operation.
The contractor has been Sociedad Ibérica de Construcciones Power and the amount of the award of EUR 33,791.12 and EUR 5,435.38 for the tax, plus the improvements offered.
