Despite the instability of the time these days, 29 National Folklore Festival 'City of Jumilla' carried out the activities planned for this edition.
As reported, this year's festival also fell a day but developed the act of receiving, parades, living in the neighborhoods, party folk, traditional games, Eucharist, and the two sessions of the festival and the closing.

In that event, after the welcome by Mayor Francisco Abellán, Councilman Celebrations Ildefonso Jimenez handed over the flag of FNF to director, José Carrión and chair of the Songs and Dances Francisco Salzillo, Marta Abellán.
Likewise, the groups exchanged gifts with the representatives of the corporation.
The ceremony ended with the 2010 awards of the festival, which this year went to Bartolomé Muñoz Peña La Aalborg, for their assistance with this event.

As every year, residents of different streets and neighborhoods welcomed the different groups living together in a conference.
This activity was held during the last weekend in various parts of Jumilla as Constitution Square, High Street Steps on Avenida de Levante at the headquarters of the Peña La Alborg and even in the Day Centre for Older Persons.
Other activities organized by the FNF are the sounds of Spain and held on the morning of Saturday.
This is traditional music concerts at this time were held only in a classroom and this was the CAM.
In the afternoon, young and old could enjoy traditional games in the Paseo Poet Lorenzo Guardiola.
Again, the garden of La Glorieta welcomed the group's performance of folk Taray Murcia.

There were several tens of Jumillano and visitors who came to the garden party that night to enjoy folk music.
In addition, the participating groups staged Sunday Mass celebrated at the Church of El Salvador.
The Head of Cultural Activities of the festival, Maria Pla, was in charge of making the admonition of entry, while a couple from each group were instructed to bring offerings to the altar.
Also during the ceremony, the Choir and Dance Group Nazario de Ciudad Real played the Father, as the farewell song was performed by the Dance Group Adolfo de Castro de Cádiz, thus participating in the Eucharist as the other groups.
The National Folk Festival 29 'Jumilla City' ended Sunday night with the last session of the festival and Communities Gala.
A fireworks display put the finishing touch.
