Jumilla is going to count, before the end of the year, with a day center located in Upper Stone Street municipality.
These are other works that were included in Plan E 2010, whose construction has already begun and has a budget of nearly 400,000 euros.
At the request of the Department of Social Services, the construction project includes offices for social agent, occupational therapy rooms, dining room, multipurpose rooms, recreation areas, and all necessary ancillary services.
Likewise, the project revolves around a central courtyard so that all rooms have the maximum brightness possible with natural light and ceilings as high as possible.
The Day Centre will be built in an area of approximately 325 square meters as principal south facade facing the street Piedra Alta.
The total constructed area is of 597 square meters.
