The Governing Board held this morning has approved that the proposal of Electromur SA is the most advantageous for the realization of the contract for works of modification of public lighting of the building Social Center El Alpicoz, for an amount of 49,866.36 euros.
This is one of the actions to be carried out through the Treasury surplus and that will involve the third phase of rehabilitation of this building whose dependencies are assigned by the City of Jumilla to different associations.
The first two phases of remodeling, carried out last year, have involved the recovery of the roofs, the replacement of the plumbing and sanitation facilities, as well as the painting of the façade, interiors, replacement of the carpentry and the installation of the signage, with what the location of the groups was clearly marked.
In this third phase the electrical system will be renewed, which is also deteriorated.
Other agreements
The Governing Board has also approved an agreement for non-work training of students of IES Ramón y Cajal de Murcia.
Likewise, the subsidy justification of 2017 for the district of Román and the Asociación Agua y Tierra was approved.
