"In order to choose the infrastructures that are renewed, participation is given to the citizens and the municipal groups, but especially the criteria of the technicians are taken into account," he added.
"The great novelty is that this year 2018 we have given the plan a biennial character, so that the municipalities can undertake more ambitious and larger works," said the counselor.
In the 2018/19 biennium, the Works and Services Plan, which will reach the 41 municipalities in the Region of less than 50,000 inhabitants, has 463,188 euros for Jumilla that will come from the CARM, to which another 269,068 will be added. the Town Hall to make possible the renovation of infrastructures of San Antón street (from Infante Don Fadrique to Barón del Solar), Hermanitas street until crossing with Santo Tomás, Portillo de la Glorieta, sidewalks and parking of the south area of ​​Avenida de Levante , as well as an extension of the Cemetery with 286 children and 76 graves.
