The Governing Board held this morning has approved a collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community, through the Ministries of Family and Finance, and the City of Jumilla for the dissemination and implementation of the Social Services User Information System (SIUSS) and its computer application, as well as the regulation of the treatment of the contained data.
The City Council must record the interventions made in this system.
The objectives are to have a useful and agile instrument that allows a follow-up of the intervention, enabling the knowledge of the characteristics and profile of the users and interventions carried out, as well as the resources applied.
Other agreements
The Jumillana Canticorum Choir will be contracted for eight musical performances during the year 2018 for a cost of 5,850 euros.
On the other hand, the procedure for awarding the contract for improvements in the sanitation and renovation network of the Juan Ramón Jiménez street collector has been approved, by negotiated procedure and lower price criterion, with the base bidding budget of 109,626 73 euros
Likewise, it is agreed to extend the fuel supply contract for the fleet of vehicles of the City of Jumilla, in the lot of diesel A.
The first certification of the work of the avenue of El Casón is also approved, for an amount of 51,123 euros.
The training of a student of the Aspajunide Association is also approved.
