The Governing Board held this morning has agreed to award three works of the Works and Services Plan 2017. The renovation of infrastructures of Goya Street, between Pintor Antonio Mañas and Camino de los Franceses a Riegos Ago for the amount of 57,971.40 euros;
the streets Fueros and Valencia, between avenues of Levante and Reyes Católicos, also to Riegos Ago for 95,729.40 euros, while the avenue of El Casón between Ronda Poniente and Avenida de la Asunción, to the mercantile Ayllonza for 130,141.24 euros.
Likewise, the reports and projects of six works to be carried out with the Treasury surplus have also been approved.
It is about the improvement of the public garden of El Arsenal, the asphalting of different public roads of Jumilla, the adaptation and improvement of the Plaza del Camionero Juan Soriano, the modification of the lighting of the La Hoya Sports Center and the El Alpicoz Social Center , as well as the remodeling of Avenida de la Libertad.
On the other hand, agreements have been approved with the Jumilla Association of Friends of Music and Musical Association Julian Santos for which they will receive the nominative grant provided for in the budgets of 5,000 euros each, as well as the agreement with the Ruta del Vino Association, for which you will receive a grant of 12,000 euros.
Other agreements
In smaller contracts has approved the training of operator of cranes that will make several municipal employees and will have a cost of 2,100 euros, as well as the hiring of the event 'The night of the monologues' with Francisco López Ochando for a maximum of 3,476 euros
On the other hand, the agreement of adhesion to the Plan Escena 2018 has been approved, which aim to encourage the cultural offer in the scenic spaces.
In settlement of obligations an amount of 240,071.50 euros was approved for payment to suppliers.
In urgent matters, the use of the Paseo for the Montesinos 4x4 Club has been authorized for the departure of the Maroc Challenge and the use of the Plaza del Rey Don Pedro for a Red Cross activity.
