The Governing Board held this morning has approved the agreement of 15,000 euros with the Federation of Associations of Mothers and Parents of Pupils of Educational Centers of Jumilla (FAMPA) with which the City Council collaborates to carry out different activities of a general nature for all the centers and others depending on the needs of each of the AMPAS.
Likewise, the agreements for the 2017 fiscal year have been approved with the Association of Artisans of Jumilla and the Local Board in Jumilla of the AECC for amounts of 2,000 and 2,500 euros respectively.
On the other hand, the provisional lists of subsidies granted and denied for the acquisition of didactic material and textbooks for the second cycle of Early Childhood Education are elevated to final.
Assume 229 grants awarded for 20,708 euros.
Perez de los Cobos House
The Governing Board of today has accredited the availability of sufficient credit for the cofinancing of the percentage that corresponds as a contribution to the aid that could be granted by the Ministry of Development through the 1.5% Cultural Program for the restoration of the Casa Pérez of the Cobos.
The municipal contribution would be 407,800 euros, which would represent 30.7% of the total of 1,325,736 euros.
Sports multi-gym for La Hoya
It has been agreed to purchase an outdoor sports multi-station for gymnastic equipment to be installed at the La Hoya Sports Center through the company Lecy Sport at a cost of 5,929 euros.
With this, one of the proposals approved through the 2017 Participatory Budgeting process will be fulfilled.
Other agreements
The agreement was approved to regulate the conditions and guarantees in the electronic exchange of data between Social Services and the IMAS, as well as adherence to the health coordination protocol in the care of people with severe mental disorder or drug addiction.
It is awarded for four years to the company Copimur the lease of documentary production equipment for the city of Jumilla for a total amount of 102,546.24 euros.
The drafting of the project, technical direction and legalization of the underground high voltage line of the Cerro del Castillo Industrial Estate to the company Ingeniería, Proyectos y Valoraciones SL for an amount of 1,936 euros is contracted.
Likewise, Maisi SL is contracted for the maintenance service of the high voltage facilities of La Hoya Sports Center, Vico Theater, Indoor Pool, Roque Baños Center, Landfill and Cemetery, for a cost of 1,960.20 euros.
In settlement of obligations an amount of 86,094.03 euros is approved for payment to suppliers.
