The Governing Board held yesterday approved the new model of responsible declaration on urbanism that will allow a simpler procedure for citizens who must carry it out.
Are subject to the same works of extension, modification, reform, rehabilitation or demolition of existing buildings, renovation of facilities in buildings, first occupation and successive buildings, placement of posters and billboards, installation of energy and communications networks, enclosures of farms, as well as uses and works of a provisional nature and all acts requiring facultative direction.

Other agreements
The Governing Board has approved the extension of the management contract for the first cycle of the Municipal Nursery School with the company Crecer, Aprender Disfrutar SL, until July 31, 2018.
It was determined that the most advantageous offer for the realization of the renovation works of the streets Fueros and Valencia between avenues of Levante and Reyes Católicos is the one presented by the company Ayllonza for 93,611.86 euros.
For those of avenue El Casón it has been presented by Limpiezas Abellán for an amount of 127,876.40 euros.
In settlement of obligations an amount of 306,235.89 was approved for payment to suppliers.
In urgent matters, an expense of 900 euros was approved for aid of urgent need.
