The Department of Youth, through the City Science program, brings back to Jumilla the play 'What a curious job!', A creation of the Scientific Culture Unit of the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) for children which will be performed next Thursday, November 9.
In the morning, at 11.45, there will be a pass for students of the Cruz de Piedra Concert Center and in the afternoon, at 5:00 p.m., they will be represented again for all the Jumillans who want to attend the Roque Baños Social Center .
The protagonist of this work, Luisa Martínez, researcher on stage and divulger in real life, invites the public to guess what their profession is.
Once the enigma is solved, it will refer to researchers who are like her, and who work to understand the world and improve people's lives.
Next, you will discover, with the help of science and two very special characters, what is in the hands and mouths of the attendees, even if they think they are completely clean.
"Our intention is for local children to have a fun time while learning healthy hygiene habits and values ​​about gender equality, since it is important to be clear that in the scientific field there are women and men who make a difference. great work as researchers ", explains Luisa Martínez, head of the Scientific Culture Unit of the CSIC in Galicia.
