The Governing Board held this morning has approved the start of the procedure for the granting of subsidies in a competitive competition regime in the area of ​​international cooperation.
Once the call is published in the BORM there will be fifteen business days of deadline to submit applications.
Up to 20,000 euros may be awarded for the implementation of social cooperation projects, humanitarian action and development education.
Two different subsidy lines have been established.
One for local projects and a maximum of 10,000 euros with which it is intended to carry out awareness and education actions in the municipality of Jumilla in order to create a solidarity conscience and generate personal and social changes that enable fair international relations.
There is a second line for international projects and a maximum of 10,000 euros whose objective is to satisfy the basic needs of collectives or disadvantaged areas of less developed countries, as well as to carry out emergency actions in cases of disasters that cause humanitarian crises.
