Once the deadline for submission of proposals of the Participatory Budgets 2018 has been 222 the applications registered by citizens.
Of these, 65 are for the urban area of ​​Jumilla, 60 are intended for activities and programs for youth and 97 for pedanias.
Yesterday began the assemblies, which will go through until next November 7 all areas of the municipality with the aim of carrying out the prioritization process.
An initial vote will be held and all results will be combined.
Proposals will be ordered, from major to minor, to be presented to the municipal technical staff and who will be the one to issue technical reports of economic and technical feasibility.
The proposals of the program of activities for young people will be prioritized in a single assembly, and all young people between the ages of 12 and 17 will be able to participate.
The final votes can be made between November 30 and December 3, and can be done face-to-face or online, in the latter case being necessary prior registration until November 29, at 23:59 hours.
The face-to-face voting will be made at the polling stations that enable the Motor Group and the Jumilla City Council in the municipal offices and spaces and in the social centers of the neighborhoods and the districts of Jumilla.
The results will be made public on Thursday, December 14 at 20:00 in the Roque Baños Sociocultural Center, where the amount of the Participatory Budgets of each area will be distributed until the amounts established have been exhausted.
