This morning the project 'Adolescence and Family' was launched, which will launch the Most Active Association with the subsidy of 5,662 euros granted by the Jumilla City Council for non-profit associations for social purposes.
In the press conference were attended by Councilor for Social Policy, Salvi Pérez, the president of the association, Tere Ruiz, as well as one of the professionals who will carry out, Eugenia Piñero.
The objective of the project is to work in the prevention and care of the problems of coexistence that occur in families with children in adolescence and sometimes end up in violence towards parents.
There will be psychoeducational workshops open to any interested party, without the need for problems to appear.
On the one hand, there will be talks with guidelines that will serve to face any situation.
They will be held at the Roque Baños Center on 14, 16, 21, 23 and 28 November at 20.00 hours.
On the other hand, there will be a personalized service to the families on Tuesdays from 9 to 14 and from 16 to 19 hours at the Center for Equality (Calle Pósito).
In specific situations the schedule could be adapted and there will always be confidentiality of all data.
There will be work of mediation or intervention of family therapy, as the case may be.
