Inmates in the Special Treatment Unit (UTE) of Murcia II Penitentiary Center, located in the Murcia municipality of Campos del Río, under plans made exprofeso for this project by the architect Jumillano Ángel Francisco Cutillas, with recyclable material, few tools suitable for this type of craftsmanship in compliance with strict security standards, have built a scale replica of the ancient castle of Jumilla that is one of the most important pieces of the National Exhibition Prisoners of Fine Arts and Crafts in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary de la Merced, the patroness of captives, excutives and prison officials, annually organizes the Templarios Association of Jumilla as a training therapy among the prison population that participates in its project Fénix Prisoners of Fine Arts and Crafts, national level in which work of more than a dozen penitentiary centers of the Spanish territory.
Currently the exhibition is exhibited in the Sociocultural Area of ​​the CP MU II with more than one hundred works between painters and artisans.
