This morning began work on private property that suffered landslides that led to the cut to traffic on one of one of the streets of the Plaza del Rollo.
The City Council of Jumilla has been taken over in a subsidiary manner after fulfilling all administrative deadlines established by the law in force.
The street is expected to reopen to traffic during the next week.
First it was notified to the property of the property the obligation of assuming the works so that the reopening of the street is made in safe conditions.
Next, proceedings for breach of the enforcement order were initiated and there were 15 days for allegations and 20 for public information in the BORM.
The process was even longer than usual because during the same there was change of owners of the property.
The entire facade cladding is being checked to remove loose or deteriorated areas, as well as repairing the tile that has come off.
Likewise, the gutter is being cleaned and repaired to place a protective canopy with a visor along the entire length of the facade.
The execution budget is 5,641.15 euros.
