The ordinary plenary session of May held last night approved to modify the rate of utilization of sports facilities.
It went ahead with the PSOE's favorable vote and the president's vote of quality, since both PP and IU-LV opposed, tying the vote to be absent because of illness an IU-LV councilor.
With the approved changes will not be subject to the payment of this rate of use of public sports spaces, except swimming pool, schools, during school hours from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 13.00 hours.
Nor for training, competitions and matches of teams by federated athletes belonging to Jumilla clubs participating in federated competitions.
Only in competition period and with a maximum of 10 hours per week.
For training in the pool if access to the facility (entrance), but not the rental of street or glass will be subject.
Likewise, non-profit organized sports activities will not be paid, as well as those which, even if they are of benefit to the organizers, will allocate the total or at least 50% of that benefit to collaborate in social purposes.
A special quota of 50% of the ordinary quota is established for federated sportsmen, exclusively in their sporting modality, in the use of any sports facility in the preseason and competition period.
It was unanimously approved to request the application of the coefficients of updating of the cadastral values, which will mean a saving of 4% to the citizens in the receipt of the urban IBI of the year 2018.
Likewise, it was unanimously agreed to set the local holidays for the year 2018 for 2 April (Monday) and 26 December (Wednesday).
Also unanimously, an extraordinary credit file of € 23,091.89 was initially approved for the construction of a wall at the Waste Treatment Plant.
It will be financed through the remainder of Treasury. The charges of the corporation with partial dedication were determined with the positive vote of the PSOE, the negative vote of the PP and the abstention of IU-LV.
It recognizes the dedication of 50% to the areas of Culture and Celebrations, as well as Youth and Sports with a salary of 14,894 euros in 12 payments.
For its part, it recognizes a 25% dedication to Public Health, Youth Employment and Cooperation with a salary of 7,424.73 euros in 12 payments.
Four motions, three approved
In addition, four motions were presented, of which three were approved.
It was unanimously agreed, at the proposal of the PP, that the Governing Board of the Road Education Park be constituted.
It was also approved, at the proposal of IU-LV, the creation of an ordinance to regulate the installation of fuel supply facilities, as well as the modification of the PGMO.
Regional and national governments will be encouraged to change environmental legislation.
It counted on the favorable votes of PSOE and IU-LV and the abstention of the PP.
The third of the motions approved was through the positive votes of PSOE and IU-LV and the abstention of the PP, which will urge the President of the Government to implement a new model of local financing to ensure the financial adequacy of The local entities, in this case at the proposal of IU-LV.
It was rejected by the vote of quality of the president a motion of the PP on the transparency and information in the procedures of concession of works and activity of certain facilities.
The plenary also approved seven extrajudicial credit files in the amount of 130,800 euros with the negative vote of IU-LV and the abstention of the PP.
